GP appointments are used to diagnose new symptoms, review ongoing conditions, prescribe medication, or arrange tests such as blood work.

Providing a brief description of your concern when booking helps our reception team schedule the most suitable appointment for you.

Booking Your Appointment
Our receptionists are specially trained to help you access the right care as quickly as possible. To do this, they may ask for basic information about the reason for your visit. This ensures you are booked with the correct clinician or service.

If your appointment is for a specific procedure, please mention this when booking.

If you have more than one issue to discuss, please request a double appointment. This allows enough time for a thorough consultation. Otherwise, you may be asked to book a follow‑up appointment.

Urgent problems will be accommodated on the same day whenever possible, although we may not be able to offer a preferred doctor or time slot.
